What we build, and what you get.
Three pillars, each with a defined scope. No retainers you cannot exit, no phases you cannot stop after.
Enterprise Systems
The internal software a business actually runs on.
ERP modules, inventory and fleet management, procurement and purchase-order workflows, role-based access control and the custom dashboards that sit on top of them. Built for operations teams who currently live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
What’s included
- ERP modules — inventory, procurement, sales, dispatch
- Inventory & fleet management with real-time stock and asset state
- Purchase-order and approval workflows with audit trails
- Role-based access control (RBAC) down to the field level
- Custom operational dashboards and exportable reports
- Migration off spreadsheets, with data cleanup and import tooling
Example use case
A cold-storage contractor tracking 30+ concurrent site builds
Project stages, material issue, labour logs and client billing were spread across three spreadsheet files and a WhatsApp group. We replaced them with one system where a site engineer updates progress from the field and the office sees costed, stage-wise status the same minute — no reconciliation call at month end.
GenAI Solutions
LLM systems that survive contact with real business data.
RAG pipelines over your own documents, LLM integrations against OpenAI and Gemini, document intelligence for the paperwork your team retypes every day, and AI-assisted internal workflows. Built with evaluation and cost control from day one, not bolted on after the demo.
What’s included
- RAG pipelines — chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking
- LLM integration against OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs
- Document intelligence — extraction from invoices, POs, certificates, contracts
- Natural-language search over structured business data
- AI-assisted internal workflows and coding tooling
- Evaluation harnesses, guardrails, token-cost and latency budgets
Example use case
Trade paperwork that stops being retyped
An export desk received title documents, certificates and deregistration letters as scans and PDFs, then retyped the fields into their system. A document-intelligence layer extracts the fields, flags low-confidence values for a human, and writes straight into the operational database — the operator reviews instead of transcribes.
Web & Marketplace Dev
Full-stack platforms built to carry real transactions.
Multi-sided marketplaces, client-facing portals and full-stack product platforms. Search and filtering that stays fast as listings grow, seller dashboards people can actually operate, payments, and the admin tooling that keeps the whole thing running.
What’s included
- Multi-sided marketplaces — buyers, sellers, admin, verification flows
- Client-facing portals and self-service dashboards
- Advanced search, filtering and comparison at scale
- Payment gateway and subscription billing integration
- Media pipelines — uploads, compression, watermarking, CDN delivery
- SEO-ready rendering, Core Web Vitals and analytics wiring
Example use case
A dealer marketplace serving local buyers and overseas importers
Car yards needed self-service inventory upload; local buyers needed fast filtering; international importers needed export-readiness and documentation on the same listing. One platform, three very different surfaces — with an admin layer that can verify a B2B buyer before they see wholesale terms.
A phased engagement, priced per phase.
You can stop after any phase and still be left with something working. That constraint shapes how everything is scoped.
Scope call
A working session on the actual problem — the process, who touches it, and what breaks today. You leave with a written scope, not a sales deck.
Proposal & architecture
Modules, data model, integrations, stack choices and a phased delivery plan with fixed milestones. Priced per phase so you can stop after any one of them.
Build in phases
Each phase ends in something you can log into and use. Weekly demo on a live staging URL — no six-week silences ending in a surprise.
Handover & support
Deployment, documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and a support window. Source code is yours; nothing is locked to us.
Not sure which one you need?
Most projects start as enterprise systems and grow an AI layer later — in that order, because a model is only as good as the data underneath it. Describe the problem and we will tell you which pillar it is, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
We reply within 24 hours, Mon–Sat.
Have a system that needs building?
Tell us what breaks today. You will get a straight answer on scope, sequence and whether we are the right studio for it — usually within a day.
