Response time
We reply within 24 hours, Mon–Sat.
If a project is a fit, the next step is a 45–60 minute scope call. If it is not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Useful to include
- What the process looks like today
- Who will use the system, and how many of them
- Anything it has to integrate with
- Rough timeline or a hard deadline
The questions that arrive by email anyway.
What does a project typically cost?
Engagements are priced per phase rather than as one number, because a scoped phase is something both sides can commit to honestly. A first phase of an enterprise system — the core module, live and in use — is usually the smallest meaningful unit of work. You get a written figure per phase after the scope call, before anything is built.
How long does it take?
A first usable phase generally lands in two to eight weeks depending on module count and integration work. A full multi-module system runs longer and ships incrementally — you will be using phase one while phase two is being built.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Source code, database and deployment are yours, handed over with documentation. Nothing is locked to us, and there is no licence you have to keep paying to keep your own system running.
Can you work with our existing system?
Usually. Most engagements involve integrating with or migrating off something — Tally, an existing ERP, a pile of spreadsheets, or a legacy app nobody wants to touch. Migration and data cleanup are treated as part of the work, not an assumption.
Do you take on AI-only work?
Yes — RAG pipelines, document intelligence and LLM integrations are a standalone service. The honest caveat: if your underlying data is not in a state worth retrieving over, I will say so before taking the project rather than after.
Who actually does the work?
I do, with a small trusted bench for specialised or parallel workstreams. You will not be handed off to an account manager, and the person on the scope call is the person writing the code.
