A small studio, on purpose.
Naqzon is run by the person who writes the code. That is the whole pitch — no account layer between you and the system being built.

I started as a GenAI developer — building retrieval pipelines, LLM integrations and document-intelligence systems, the kind of work where a demo is easy and a system that survives real data is not.
What kept pulling my attention was the software underneath. The businesses I worked with had impressive AI ambitions sitting on top of operations still being run from spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Stock counts nobody trusted. Purchase orders in email threads. A fleet whose true state lived in one person's head.
So I widened the work. Enterprise systems first — inventory, procurement, fleet, project tracking — then the AI layer on top of data that is finally clean enough to be worth reasoning over. That order matters, and getting it backwards is why a lot of AI projects quietly die.
Naqzon is that practice made deliberate. It is a small studio, which is the point: you talk to the person building the system, engagements run in phases you can stop after, and every project ends with a system your team uses on Monday rather than a document about one.
How I work
Model the real process, not the ideal one
Software that ignores how the work actually happens gets abandoned within a month. I start by watching the process before designing anything.
Ship in phases that stand alone
Every phase ends in something you can log into and use. If you want to stop after phase one, you should still be better off than when you started.
Data integrity over feature count
Append-only ledgers, enforced state transitions, real audit trails. Numbers people trust are worth more than screens people are impressed by.
AI where it earns its place
I build GenAI systems for a living, which is exactly why I will tell you when a problem is a database query rather than a model call.
Domains I know well
Domain knowledge is most of the value in operational software. These are the sectors where I already understand the vocabulary and the failure modes.
- Logistics & fleetContainer and vehicle operations, asset lifecycle, utilisation.
- Construction & projectsStage-wise site tracking, material issue, job costing.
- Automotive & tradeMarketplaces, dealer inventory, cross-border export workflows.
- Applied GenAIRAG over operational documents, extraction, grounded retrieval.
The stack, grouped honestly.
Tools I have shipped production systems with — not a list of everything I have read about.

What this adds up to
End-to-end delivery — data model, backend, interface, deployment and the AI layer when there is one. No handoffs between specialists who each own a third of the problem.
Open to both.
Naqzon takes on client builds across Enterprise Systems, GenAI Solutions and Web & Marketplace Dev. I am also open to the right full-time role — if you are hiring for GenAI or enterprise systems work, the case studies are the portfolio.
